Request a move consultant to be assigned to your move by contacting Kings & Queens Movers LTD. Your relocation experience with Kings & Queens Movers officially begins at this point. You will get a call from the Move Consultant to:
1. schedule a pre-move survey; options include in-person, virtual (through video chat or recorded video), pictorial, or list surveys (available via email and phone).
2. Go to your house in accordance with your approval from (1) above.
3. Recognize your moving needs and address any worries or questions you may have
4. Discuss the best relocation strategy regarding your requirements, assist you with the actual relocation, and establish your expectations.
5. Send an email with a customized, no-obligation quote.
6. Reserve your move and provide it to the move coordinator or anchor for an overview of D-day preparations and execution

B) The Moving Process
1. The Move Captain and the team will arrive at your current location on time.
2. He/she will present their team.
3. They will ask you to give them a quick tour so they can see the layout of the project.
4. Label the property or items with the intended use in mind.
5. He will present a collection of paperwork to be used on a moving day.
6. Establish timetables together.
7. The staff will protect your belongings by making sure that every small thing is packed to perfection and that furniture and large devices are wrapped.
8. Fill a clean, enclosed, lockable moving truck (or trucks) with the items.
9. Transportation to the location’s location.
10. Unload and enter the appropriate rooms.

C) Post-Move Process
